Why haven’t I received my refund yet?

When we process a refund for you, it can take up to 10 working days for it to show in your account depending on your banks processes. Please allow these 10 working days for the money to show in your account before contacting us.

If you have not received your money within this time-frame we recommend that you contact your bank as they should be able to advise you when these funds will become available.
