We will always try our best to send your order complete. However, sometimes an item you have ordered is out of stock when the order reaches our warehouse. If this happens, Customer Services will let you know and will refund you the cost of this item and send the remainder of your order. If you think you have received an order and something is missing, please get in touch with the team here.
If your order is large, we may need to send it in two boxes. These boxes may be strapped securely together as one consignment, but on occasion, especially on long international deliveries, they could become separated. If this happens you may not be aware that you should have received two boxes as your documents will show one consignment. If you have not received all your goods, please contact Customer Services here providing your order number and we will do our best to work with the courier in locating your missing item(s) and getting them to you as soon as possible.
In some instances a certain size may be out of stock, if this is the case we will try our best to fulfil this by swapping the item for smaller bags. Please note this isn't always possible.
