Before you enter a dispute with PayPal, please contact our Customer Services department at hello@bulk.com as they will be able to resolve your issue for you. If you are considering logging a dispute with PayPal because you have not received your goods in the time-frame you perceive as acceptable, please contact us and we'll be happy to resolve this for you. Information on our delivery time-frames is freely available on our website, in the delivery section.
If we resend any item(s) after you have logged a dispute, we will ask you to remove the dispute before we reship the replacement goods.
