Who is Klarna?
Klarna is a Swedish payment service provider that takes full responsibility for your payment. Klarna ensures smooth payment transactions in more than 200,000 online shops. Over 90 million consumers worldwide trust Klarna to process their payments securely.

 

How does Pay later in 30 days work?
Pay later in 30 days is a form of credit that allows you to defer payment of your purchase for 30 days. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with payment instructions from Klarna within two days. You then have 30 days to try on your order and only pay when you are satisfied. You can conveniently process the payment online at no extra cost to you. You can pay by credit or debit card in the Klarna.app or by logging in to www.klarna.com/de.

 

Am I eligible for Pay Later in 30 Days?
To use the Pay Later in 30 Days feature, you must be at least 18 years old. Although this option is widely advertised, Pay Later in 30 Days depends on your financial circumstances. If you choose the Pay Later in 30 Days option, our assessment will not affect your credit score.

 

How can I increase my chances of being accepted for Pay later in 30 days?
Klarna is unique and offers the Pay later in 30 days option based on a number of factors, such as order value, previous order history and item availability. If you are 18 years or older, you can increase your chances of being accepted for the Pay later in 30 days offer by providing your full name and accurate address details and arranging shipping to your registered billing address. All orders are reviewed individually. Just because you have been offered the Pay later in 30 days option before does not mean that it will be offered on every other order. If your Pay later in 30 days request is rejected, it does not mean that it will be rejected for future orders.

 

Will a credit check be carried out on me?
Klarna may carry out what are known as unregistered enquiries (or soft credit searches) which do not affect the credit check and are only visible to you and Klarna, not to other lenders. Neither Klarna nor Bulk™ will carry out credit enquiries against you which could affect your credit score.

 

Why wasn't I offered Pay later in 30 days?
Although Pay later in 30 days is widely advertised, it is not always available everywhere. The Pay later in 30 days method is automatically generated by algorithms that depend on a number of factors such as the amount of the order, the online store, previous order history and item availability. Alternatively, you can pay for your order using a credit or debit card at checkout.

 

What payment options do I have with Klarna?
You can pay immediately at checkout with a debit or credit card, or use our "Pay later in 30 days" payment option, which allows you to pay by credit or debit card after receiving the goods. You can monitor your outstanding payments at any time in the Klarna app.

 

What happens if I cancel or return my order?
Once Bulk™ has accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel the statement or refund your payment. The return will be immediately reflected in the Klarna app.

 

What happens if I don't pay for my order?
Payment is due 30 days after the item is shipped. To help you pay on time, you will be notified two days before payment is due - you will receive a push notification via the Klarna app or a payment reminder by email - and if you are very late, you will also receive an SMS or letter. You will not be charged any fees or interest for late and/or missed repayments. Your credit rating will not be affected by using Klarna's Pay later in 30 days product, even if you have not paid on time. If you do not pay on time, you will be in default and will not be able to use Klarna's services in the future. If you do not pay for your purchase, Klarna may engage an external debt collection agency to collect on our behalf. Debt collection agencies are only used as a last resort.

 

I was asked to go to the Klarna website. Is that correct?
If you have chosen to pay later within 30 days, you will receive an email from Klarna with further information about the payment arrangements. The email contains a link to Klarna where you can make your payment using your credit or debit card. You can view the payment instructions at any time in the Klarna app.

 

What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?
When you want to shop with Klarna, you will need to provide your name, address and email address. For some orders, you may also need to provide your mobile number or date of birth. All information, including payment reminders and links to your online statements, will be sent to your email address. It is very important that you provide us with the correct details, otherwise you will not receive the payment information.

 

Is my payment information secure?
Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or stored by bulk™. All transactions take place over connections secured with the latest industry-standard security protocols.

Can I pay before the due date?
You can pay for your order at any time after you receive the email from Klarna with the details of your payment. Simply follow the instructions in this email or in the Klarna app to pay for your order.

 

Have you received my payment?
If you pay by card, Bulk™ will confirm your order immediately. If you pay by Pay within 30 days, Klarna will send you a payment confirmation to the email address you used for your order. If you have made a payment but have not received a payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments by logging into the Klarna app or at www.klarna.com/de.

 

What happens to my bank statement if I have returned the goods?
Once the return (partial or full) has been received by bulk™ and you have received confirmation, Klarna will send you an updated bank statement if you have made a partial return. If you make a full return, your bank statement will be closed. You can view the status of your order at any time in the Klarna app.
I have received a statement but have not received my goods yet.
You have 30 days to pay, so you do not have to pay immediately. If your due date is approaching and you have not received any goods, please contact Bulk™ to check the delivery. You can also contact Klarna customer service so we can postpone the due date of your payment or put the order on hold in the Klarna app while you wait for the goods.

 

I cancelled my order. How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once the store has registered your cancellation or return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.

 

I requested a refund. How will I be refunded?
If you paid for your order with a card, the refund will be sent back to the same card. If you have not yet paid the invoice, the refund will reduce the invoice or cancel it entirely.
I have not received an email with my billing/payment information.
You can log in to the Klarna app or at www.klarna.com/de. There you will find all your orders and payment plan information.
