How to return your order

We completely understand that sometimes things change, and you may want to return an item to us. If you do decide to return something, please send it to our dedicated returns address within 14 days of receiving it.

Please keep in mind that we can't accept returns for items that have been opened or partially used. Here's our returns address:

Just a little note: for standard returns, we're unable to cover the cost of return postage. When you send the items back, please include a covering note with your order number, name, and the reason for the return. This will help us process your return smoothly.
