We know it's important to be kept up to date with the progress of your order, every step of the way.
Once your order has left our warehouse, we'll send an email update including all of the tracking information. Our courier will give you a 2 hour window for delivery, and offers many alternatives through the Evri app to re-arrange or personalise your delivery. Find more information here - Evri App
If your order has been dispatched and you do not have it, it may be that that the courier has delivered the order to a close neighbour or left in a safe place nearby. Evri provides photographs of the delivery for ease of locating and are on hand to help for any queries you may have about your delivery.
If you encounter any problems in retrieving your goods from your neighbour, please contact us and we will put you in touch with the relevant courier service who will be able to assist you further. Alternatively, you can contact them directly.
