General Information

Certificates of Analysis (COA)

  • Updated
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for your products?

No as a direct-to-consumer brand, we don’t issue Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
We have full confidence in our internal quality control and assurance systems, which
ensure every product meets our strict food safety, authenticity, legality, and quality
standards.

Why don’t you issue COAs like some other brands?

COAs are typically required in business-to-business (B2B) supply chains or bulk ingredient
sales, where the buyer needs a laboratory certificate for manufacturing or resale purposes.
Since we operate within a consumer retail model (B2C), we are not required to issue
COAs.
Instead, all of our products undergo comprehensive in-house and third-party quality
checks to ensure consistency, safety, and compliance with food regulations.

Are your products tested for quality and safety?

Yes absolutely. Every product goes through multiple quality control stages, including:

Verification of ingredient purity and supplier credentials

Batch testing during production

Ongoing compliance checks aligned with food safety legislation

These processes are regularly reviewed to ensure our products meet or exceed industry
standards.

Do you test for heavy metals, pesticides, and other contaminants?

Yes. Our raw materials and finished products are tested in line with food safety and
regulatory requirements, including screening for heavy metals, pesticide residues, and
microbiological safety.
These checks are part of our internal assurance program and conducted under controlled
conditions.

Can I request a copy of a lab report or COA for a specific product?

We don’t provide individual lab reports or Certificates of Analysis to consumers.
However, you can be confident that all products are fully tested and verified before release.

Who ensures your product standards are met?

partnership with approved laboratories and certified suppliers.
We also follow the relevant UK and EU food safety standards, ensuring our products are
safe, authentic, and legal for consumer use.
