How to return your order
We completely understand that sometimes things change, and you may want to return an item to us. If you do decide to return something, please send it to our dedicated returns address within 30 days of receiving it.
Please note that we cannot accept the return of items which have been opened or part-consumed.

Just a little note: for standard returns, we're unable to cover the cost of return postage. When you send the items back, please include a covering note with your order number, name, and the reason for the return. This will help us process your return smoothly.
I don’t like the taste – can I send it back?
At Bulk™, we understand that everyone has unique tastes and preferences. We want to share a few guidelines with you to ensure you have the best experience with our products.
Once a product has been opened and partially consumed, we are unable to exchange it for a different product, flavour or provide a refund. To void any inconvenience, especially if you're trying our products for the first time, we highly recommend starting with a smaller pouch size before committing to a larger one.

Bulk™ PRO Series Returns
Because we are so confident you will enjoy our PRO Series products you can return these opened!
So long as an unreasonable amount isn't consumed you can send back your opened pouch to us and we will refund the item as a credit in you Bulk™ account!
Make sure you create an account before it comes back to us and you will be credited within 30 days after receiving it.
Simply box up your product and send it back, all you need to make sure is you note your order number on or in the box.
