If you have forgotten your password, you will need to use the ‘Forgotten Password’ function on the login page. This will send an email with a password reset link to the email address registered at www.bulk.com/ie and you will be able to create a new password and log into the account.

Please also check your junk and spam folder as the emails can end up there. 

If you have done those steps and still have no email it sounds like you don't have an account with us.

To double check, try creating an account. The issue may be that the you have an account in a different email address or you don't have an account at all. You don't need an account to place an order with us :)
