Where is my order?

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, our trusted delivery service, takes over to ensure the safe delivery of your order. Of course, we're here to assist you in any way we can should you encounter any issues.

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, it's possible that DHL/AnPost or UPS has delivered it to a neighbour, especially if you weren't available to accept it. We kindly suggest checking with your nearest neighbours and keeping an eye out for a delivery card either with you or your neighbour.

Please remember that it's your responsibility to retrieve your order from the address indicated in the tracking information or as specified on the delivery card. Unfortunately, once an order has been signed for, we're unable to accept claims for compensation related to loss or delayed delivery.

Should you encounter any difficulties retrieving your goods from your neighbour, please don't hesitate to contact DHL/AnPost or UPS, who will be able to assist you further. Alternatively, you can reach out to DHL/AnPost or UPS directly using the contact details provided on the delivery card they left at your address during the delivery or by referencing the tracking number provided when your order was shipped.
