What is Mention Me?

Mention Me is our referral platform that allows you to refer friends to Bulk™ and enjoy exclusive discounts. When your friend places their first order, you both receive an extra 10% off as a reward.

How does the referral program work?

• Referrers get an extra 10% off for every friend who places their first order.
• Referred friends also receive an extra 10% off their first purchase.
• Discounts apply when spending €30 or more on full-priced items (see exclusions here: bulk.com exclusions).
  
  

Who can refer friends?

Anyone over the age of 18 can refer others—even if they’ve never ordered from Bulk™ before.

Who can be referred?

Your friend must be a new Bulk™ customer, aged 18 or over. You can’t refer yourself or use a different email address to try and claim both rewards.

How long do I have to use the reward?

• Referrer rewards are valid for 3 months from the date they're earned.
• Referred friend rewards are valid for 14 days from the date issued.
  
  

How do I share my referral if I’ve forgotten the details?

No problem! Just ask your friend to head to our website and enter your full name at checkout—as long as it matches your referral registration, they’ll be able to claim the offer.

Why isn’t my reward code working?

Please check the following:

• Make sure your order meets the minimum spend of €30 and other terms of the offer.
• Ensure you're not combining it with any other discount or promotional codes.
• Double-check for spelling errors, or extra spaces before/after the code.
  
  

Why haven’t I received my referral reward yet?

If your friend has placed their first order and you haven’t received your reward, a few things might have gone wrong:

• Your friend didn't use your referral link or entered your name incorrectly at checkout.
• They may have used a different email to place the order than the one they registered with.
• Please allow up to 24 hours after their purchase for the reward to appear—there can be a short delay.
  
  

I entered my friend’s name, but the referral didn’t work—why?

There could be a few reasons:

• Your friend might not be registered with the referral program yet.
• You may have entered a nickname or different version of their name that doesn’t match our records.
• If more than one person with that name has signed up, the system might not recognise who to reward.
  
  

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

Yes, to keep it fair:

• You can earn up to 5 rewards per day.
• No more than 25 rewards or €1500 in value in any 12-month period.
• Rewards may not be issued if you refer more than 10 people in a 24-hour period.
  
  

Can I use my referral reward with another discount code?

No, referral rewards cannot be used with other promotional codes in the same order.

What happens if my friend cancels or returns their order?

If your friend’s first order is refunded or cancelled, the reward will no longer be valid.

Can Bulk™ change or cancel the referral offer?

Yes, Bulk™ reserves the right to modify or remove the referral program at any time without notice and may refuse to issue rewards in certain circumstances.
