What payment methods do you accept?

In order to give our customers as many options as possible, we can accept payment in the following ways:

We cannot accept payment via Laser card.

If you would like to pay by bank transfer, this can be done through PayPal. We cannot accept direct bank transfers.

Who is Klarna?

A. They are a Swedish payment service provider that takes full responsibility for your payment. They serve 60 million consumers worldwide.

I have been asked to go to Klarna's website. Is this correct?

A. If you have chosen to pay after delivery, Klarna will send you an email with further information on how to pay. Your email will contain a link to Klarna's payment page, where you can pay Klarna by card or bank transfer.

If Klarna allows me to pay after delivery within 14 days, will a credit check be performed on me?

A. Neither Klarna nor Bulk™ perform credit checks on you that could affect your credit rating. Klarna may perform unregistered queries that do not affect your credit rating.

Why is the price different at checkout?

It sounds like there is a slight discrepancy between the version of the website you are seeing and when you are at checkout. The price at checkout is correct, if you refresh your browser or clear your cache you will see an updated version of the website!

Are all fees included in the order?

All product prices include VAT, so after shipping the price you pay will be with everything included!

If you order to countries outside of the EAA, such as Norway or Switzerland, you may be charged additional fees for which we are not responsible.

How do I get an invoice for my order?

If you would like a VAT invoice for your order, please contact us via live chat or send us a form here with the order number and our CS team will send it to you. Please note that we cannot change an order once it has been placed.
