How to return your order

We completely understand that sometimes things change, and you may want to return an item to us. If you do decide to return something, please send it to our dedicated returns address within 30 days of receiving it.

Please keep in mind that we can't accept returns for items that have been opened or partially used. Here's our returns address:

Just a little note: for standard returns, we're unable to cover the cost of return postage. When you send the items back, please include a covering note with your order number, name, and the reason for the return. This will help us process your return smoothly.

I don’t like the taste – can I send it back?

At Bulk™, we understand that everyone has unique tastes and preferences. We want to share a few guidelines with you to ensure you have the best experience with our products.

Once a product has been opened and partially consumed, we are unable to exchange it for a different product, flavour or provide a refund. To avoid any inconvenience, especially if you're trying our products for the first time, we highly recommend starting with a smaller pouch size before committing to a larger one.
