What payment methods do you accept?

We believe that paying for your order should be a doddle so we offer a fast and secure one-page checkout experience.

When you place an order with Bulk™ you’ll be given the option of using one of our three trusted payment providers, Adyen, Klarna and PayPal. Adyen will allow you to pay via Visa Credit or Debit cards, Mastercard and Maestro cards.

You may also be offered to Pay After Delivery by Klarna, receiving 14 days to complete the payment at your convenience and at no extra cost (provided that you pay your invoice by the due date). This is great for ordering your supplements just before payday!

 

Will I still be able to pay using PayPal?

A. Yes – full PayPal functionality still exists.

Who are Klarna?

A. They are a Swedish payment service provider who take end-to-end responsibility for your payment. They support 60m consumers worldwide. 

I have been asked to go to the Klarna site. Is this right?

A.If you have chosen to pay after delivery, Klarna will send you an email with further details on how to pay. Your email will contain a link to Klarna's payment site where you can settle your payment to Klarna by card or via bank transfer.

 

If Klarna gives me the option to pay after delivery within 14 days, does a credit search take place against me?

A. Neither Klarna nor Bulk™ run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating. Klarna may run unrecorded enquiries that do not affect credit scoring.

 

Why has the price changed in the checkout? 

A: This sounds like there is a slight discrepancy with the version of the site you are seeing and when in the checkout. The price in the checkout is correct, if you refresh your browser or clear your cache you will see an up-to-date version of the site!

 

My home currency is not Sterling – how do I pay?

You can use our website to order and pay for goods in exactly the same way as for any other transaction, but as we only accept payment in Sterling, your bank may charge you for this exchange.

We are unable to advise of the exact cost of your order if Sterling is not your usual currency as this will depend on the exchange rate on that particular day and any charges that your bank may apply.

As the exchange rate for this conversion is set by individual banks, we recommend that you contact them prior to placing an order as we have no control over these charges and will be unable to refund you any difference in costs that you think may be incorrect in these circumstances. 

 

Are all fees included in the order?

All product prices are including VAT so after shipping the price you pay will be with everything included! 

If you are ordering to outside the EAA such as Norway or Switzerland you may be charged additional fees which we are not responsible for. 

 

How do I get an invoice for my order? 

If you would like a VAT invoice for your order just contact us with the order number and our CS Team will send it over. Please note- we are unable to amend an order after it has been placed.
