Using PayPal as a payment method

When you have selected PayPal as your payment method and clicked continue, you will be taken to a new screen where you will be prompted to enter your email address and PayPal password and confirm the payment.

Please check your details on this screen carefully, there may be default shipping addresses within your PayPal account.

PayPal Disputes

Before you enter a dispute with PayPal, please contact our Customer Support department as they will be able to resolve your issue for you. Information on our delivery timeframes is freely available on our website, in the delivery section.

If we resend any item(s) after you have logged a dispute, we will ask you to remove the dispute before we send the replacement goods.
