Our Pickup service is operated by Evri and utilizes thousands of Evri Parcelshops to have your order delivered straight there. All you need to do is go collect it.
Simply select our drop-off method in the checkout process, then choose your local shop. It’s that easy!

Why isn't this option available to me?
Due to weight and volume restrictions, some of our products may not be eligible for local pickup.
Why are there no collection points near me?
EVRi currently has over 8500 collection locations and is continuously working on expanding this further by partnering with Post Offices and creating locker collection points.
I selected the wrong collection point, can I change to one closer to me?
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, we are unable to change the collection point. Details of the collection point can be found in your account or on your order confirmation to help in making travel arrangements to collect.
What do I need to collect my parcel?
You will receive an email confirming your parcel's delivery to your chosen shop/location. Show this email and a physical form of identification with a matching name to the parcel (photocopies or images will not be accepted).
What if I have not received an email with confirmation of delivery and collection details?
If you have the tracking number, you can track your delivery to the chosen shop/location here. If you haven't received any tracking details or updates, contact Bulk Customer Service here.
How long will I have to collect my parcel?
Once your parcel has been delivered to the shop, you will have 10 days to collect it before it is returned to Bulk.
Why was my parcel returned to the sender?
There are two possible reasons:
- The parcel was not collected within 10 days of its delivery.
- The parcel couldn’t be delivered to your selected shop/location.
My parcel was returned to the sender - how can I get my money back?
Once your order has been returned to Bulk, we will process a refund for you. Alternatively, contact us before it is returned if you would like your refund sooner.
