Will I be charged for custom or import duties?
Custom or Import Charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country.
If you are outside the European Economic Area you may be charged when it enters.
Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Custom and Import charges vary from country to country. We are unable to cover the cost of any accrued Customs and Import charges.
However, if you are inside the EU our orders are shipped from the EU so shouldn't incur charges
