Bulk™ Boost is available to mainland UK addresses only. Bulk™ Boost gives subscribers free Next Day Delivery on all eligible orders over £10.00 for 12 months.
SUBSCRIBING TO AND USING Bulk™ Boost
You need to be a registered Bulk™ customer to subscribe to bulk™ Boost.
You must be logged in to your account to use it.
Bulk™ Boost is valid for 12 months from the day you sign up (or, if renewing, from the day your subscription renewal begins).
Your use of Bulk™ Boost is subject to these terms and conditions.
You can’t use Bulk™ Boost in another country with this subscription.
Your Bulk™ Boost membership is non-recurring and will terminate automatically after 12 months.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel Bulk™ Boost within the first calendar month of purchasing, or if renewing, one month from the day your subscription renewal begins by contacting our customer support team by submitting a request HERE.
A full refund of your membership fee will be given if you have not made any eligible purchases using Bulk™ Boost. Once an eligible purchase has been made your membership cannot be cancelled.
DELIVERY AVAILABILITY

Area Restrictions: Next Working Day Delivery are not available for these postcodes: AB31-38, AB41-56, BT (all), FK 17-21, GY (all), HS1-9, IM (all), IV (all), JE (all), KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH15-99, PO30-41, TR21-25, ZE (all).
Cut-Off Times: Next-Day Delivery is available if you order before 21:00 Monday to Friday and 3pm Saturday and Sunday.
The cut-off times may change for short periods (e.g. they may be brought forward during busy periods). Up to date information is available on the website and in our FAQ pages.
DELAYS
Whilst we and our courier endeavour to meet all delivery times, there may, very occasionally, be delays, especially during busy periods (e.g. Sale/ Black Friday/ January) but also because of situations outside of our control such as postal/carrier delays, traffic delays, logistics, bad weather or if our couriers are unable to access the delivery address).
We won’t be held liable for any delays or failures to comply with our obligations if the delay or failure arises from any causes beyond our and our couriers’ reasonable control or during busy periods (e.g. Sales/ Black Friday/ January) where delivery times may be extended.
We aim to keep you updated and you will be able to track your parcel’s progress. If you have any other issues, feel free to contact our Customer Support team by submitting a request HERE. This does not affect your statutory rights.
OTHER EXCLUSIONS
Deliveries won’t be made on public holidays or weekends.
We can't be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the courier.
PERSONAL USE ONLY
Bulk™ Boost is strictly for personal use only and must not be used for business, re-sale or wholesale purposes.
You can order as many times as you want but this is subject to a fair use policy – to be sure individuals are not taking advantage of this proposition which may include making excessive use of, or placing unusual burdens on the service (e.g. ordering beyond what would reasonably be expected of someone using the service for personal use).
TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
We reserve the right to terminate a Bulk™ Boost subscription at any time and you will be given a prorated refund based on the number of full months left on your subscription.
A refund will not be given if we suspect or discover (in our sole discretion) that use of Bulk™ Boost:
has been in breach of these terms and conditions; and/or
has been used for business, re-sale or wholesale purposes, or for any purpose other than can be reasonably expected of someone using the service for personal use; and/or
involves fraud or misuse or is otherwise detrimental to Bulk™ interests.
If we suspect or discover such conduct, we may suspend or terminate a Bulk™ Boost subscription, refuse or cancel order(s) or close or freeze the individuals’ Bulk™ customer account (and associated accounts) (even if we have previously confirmed an order).
We’ll try to contact you if this happens, but if this happens to you and you feel we’ve made a mistake, please get in touch with our Customer Support team by submitting a request HERE and they’ll be happy to speak to you about it.
If we suspect or discover that a Bulk™ Boost subscription has been used in breach of these terms and conditions, we have the right to recoup all our direct delivery costs and losses from the account holder.
CHANGES TO TS&CS
