Why haven't I received an order confirmation?

After placing your order, you can expect to receive an email confirmation within a couple of hours. This confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during your order placement or the one associated with your Bulk™ account.


Before reaching out to our Customer Support team, please consider the following steps if you do not receive the confirmation email:

1. Check your spam or junk folder: Sometimes, our emails may land in your spam or junk folder, so please ensure you've looked there.


2. Log into Your bulk™ Account: If you have a Bulk™ account, you can log in and review your order history to verify your order's status.

 

3. Review your bank statement: If you order has been placed successfully, your bank statement should reflect the debit of funds from your account.

 

If you've been charged for your order but still haven't received a confirmation email after two hours, please reach out to our friendly Customer Support Team HERE with details of the email address used to place the order. They'll be able to confirm whether the it has been placed successfully.

 

I have an account – can I send to a separate address from my Billing address?

Yes, we do offer the flexibility to have your order delivered to an address different from your billing address. It's important to ensure that your billing address is accurate. To streamline this process, we recommend entering and saving your billing address in your account. You can also add and save additional delivery addresses if needed.

When it's time to make payment for your order, you will be asked to select your billing address and the preferred delivery address for this order from the available options. If you find the need to include a new delivery address during the payment process, you can easily do so by clicking 'Edit your addresses' and then selecting 'add address.' This will add your new address to your saved options. If you make these changes while in the middle of a transaction, you may need to refresh your browser for the updates to take effect.

 

Are your products suitable for under 16's?

We do not recommend giving our products to individuals under the age of 16, unless under the explicit guidance of a healthcare professional. The well-being and safety of our customers are of utmost importance to us
