How do I register for your discounts and special offers?
Registering for the Bulk™ newsletter is easy. On the homepage you will find an option to sign up to the newsletter. All you need to do is enter your email address and click submit. You will then receive all the latest offers and advanced notification of new product launches.
If you're a fan of regular offers and discounts you can subscribe to our newsletter.
How do I use my Discount Code?
At times, Bulk™ may provide you with a Discount Code that can be redeemed against the cost of your products.
The code for this must be added to your basket at the time of ordering. We cannot add it to your order after it has been placed.
- Once on the basket page you will see the voucher / discount field at the bottom of the shopping basket.
- If you use a referral code on your first order, you will not be able to use any other code.
Only one discount code can be used at any time and these cannot be used in conjunction with a sale or referral code.
Please check your order total before entering your payment details. If the discount has been accepted, your order total will have been amended at the basket stage. If not, please re-try your discount code and ensure that it has been typed correctly.
Why won't my discount / promo code work?
We love to offer our customers various discounts and offers on our website and through our newsletter. If you are having trouble applying a discount code check out our helpful guide below:
- Have you entered the code correctly?
Our discount codes can be case sensitive so we would recommend copying and pasting the code into the 'Add Discount Code' box at checkout to avoid any issues.
- Is the code still valid?
You can check this on our website or in the T's & C's within the email you received the discount code from. If you are unsure, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team HERE who will be more than happy to check this for you!
- Is my discount code valid for all items?
Most of our discount codes can't be used on top of any other offers, this includes items already reduced in the sale, accessories, clothing and certain product lines unless stated otherwise. Terms for the current discount code can be found here.
Terms & Conditions of Voucher/Discount codes
All discount codes must be redeemed at www.bulk.com
Only one voucher can be used at any time.
Voucher codes are not transferable.
Vouchers can only be used once per customer.
We are unable to add a promotional item/code or discount to your order if your order was placed before the offer started or after it has expired.
Not all codes may be available to all customers. For example some vouchers may be for first time customers only and these cannot be used by customers who have previously ordered with us.
If a voucher code is for a fixed amount, the value of the product/s must be greater than the value of the voucher amount to be able to redeem it.
The voucher code must be entered to your basket once all items have been added. This is before the checkout.
A voucher code cannot be exchanged for money.
You cannot use your voucher code against an order once submitted.

Please ask our Customer Support Team if there is a use by date for your voucher as depending on the reason for the voucher code, there may be a use by date.

Hi. I had a code for a free shaker and 50% off using code BDAY but i couldnt get it to work. Also very difficult getting in touch with you. Why will this not work as i was placing a large order and wont place order with the code
My 45% discount code wasn't applied on my order. I didn't try to use it on an item already on offer
I copied and pasted the 45% discount code into the order as prompted yet it wasn’t applied when making payment. Nowhere on the ordering screen did it tell me this hadn’t been applied to my order.
